A 3D Floor plan drawing shows a better depth of layout property.
PRO 3D
A Pro 3D is a high end version that upgraded from 3D Floor plan, shows the depth of layout property and interior particularly. A Pro 3D would be ensured color of walls, floors, and furniture set up as much similar as reality as possible
1. FURNISHING:
You can choose one of these following furnishing types:
_Fully Furnished:
Based on our standards, the drawing will be furnished according to room names.
_No furnishing:
The Floor plan only includes fixtures, no more other furniture.
_Furnished as indicated:
All furniture is added following the sketch.
_Layout Only:
No fixtures and furniture is added. The drawing just shows walls, doors and windows.
2. LETTERHEAD:
Follow clients' requirements.
For examples:
"Sizes and dimensions are approximate. Actual may vary"
3. ORIENTATION:
Landscape (Horizontal) or Portrait (Vertical)
You can choose one of them, or we will make Landscape as default.
4. DISPLAY MODE:
You can choose top view/bird eye view or perspective.
5. CLIENTS' LOGO:

We need:

The sketches are photographed or scanned.

Using symbols for the fixed installations such as doors, windows, toilets, sinks, showers etc.

Clearly scale in cm/scale field

Drawing walls on scale with the grid, noting measurements...
